Agglomerator adopts friction heating principle, plastic agglomerator can be crushing and granulating various kinds of the plastic film all at once. It’s an ideal device to turn the waste film into profitable granules easily and quickly.

Power by the three-phase motor, driving by triangle belt, this device makes the fixed blades and moving blades moving across and cut film material into pieces, in the meantime, moving blades turning with high speed so the material forms a whirlpool because of centrifugal power. The friction between material and machine inner wall produces light heat which makes the material slightly plasticized. Then water will be added to make a sudden cold so the materials become granules.
